Where do you deliver and how often?
We serve local residential and business addresses with monthly, bi-monthly or scheduled delivery. Check our Delivery Areas & Schedule page for coverage and dates.
How do I start service?
Place your first order online, choose your delivery day, and we’ll confirm by email or SMS.
Is there a bottle deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit applies to each 5-gallon bottle. It’s charged on your first delivery and refunded when bottles are returned in good condition.
How do returns and swaps work?
Set your empty bottles outside on delivery day. We pick them up and leave full bottles in the same spot.
Spring vs Purified Water?
Natural Spring Water is sourced from a protected spring and retains natural minerals. Filtered Water is purified through multi-stage filtration for a crisp, neutral taste.
Do you rent water coolers?
Yes. Floor and counter-top coolers are available for a monthly fee. Rental includes regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting support.
Can I change, pause, or skip a delivery?
Yes. Log into your account to update quantities, change your schedule, or pause service before the cutoff time shown in your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Receipts and order history are available in your account.
